Dear Surrey/Langley Pest Detective,
When my wife and I moved into our newly purchased 50 year old home in South Surrey, it didn’t take long for us to realize that we likely had a pest problem that required attention. We gave your firm a call, and Darryl came to our home immediately after to assess the problem and begin taking corrective measures.
We identified two other pest problems that also required attention, and on each occasion, Darryl was available to respond to our calls, promptly attend our home to assess the situation, provide advice and take appropriate action to resolve each issue. He was thorough, knowledgeable of the pests’ habits and methods of treatment, and worked very hard to access all of the nooks and crannies in our home he needed to get at to properly understand and deal with each problem. One of the problems required further visits to fully address, but there was never any hesitation on Darryl’s part to come back and re-treat as required.
This diligence and patience has paid off, and we are delighted to report that all three problems have been satisfactorily resolved.
We have been extremely pleased with the level of service and results achieved by Darryl and Pest Detective, and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for assistance with any pest problem. Thank you for your assistance in providing us with piece-of-mind within our home.
